Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Whom am I making the payment to?

You will be paying a reservation fee to your selected Audi Dealership to secure the vehicle.

  1. For how long is the vehicle reserved?

The vehicle will be secured for a period of 2 (two) working days from the date of deposit of the reservation fee.

  1. What happens after I have reserved the vehicle?

After paying the reservation fee to your selected Audi Dealership, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt thereof. Please note that this does not mean that the reservation has been accepted as the Dealer is required to carry out a few necessary FICA compliance and verification checks.

Once the reservation has been confirmed by the Audi Dealership, full payment or finance approval from a financial institution is required to secure the purchase of the vehicle.

  1. What happens to my reservation fee once the transaction is processed?

The reservation fee will be deducted from the final purchase price of the vehicle.

  1. Under which circumstances is the reservation fee refundable?

Your reservation fee will be refunded if there was any fault or negligence on the part of the Audi Dealership in reserving the vehicle and/or concluding the transaction.

If full payment of the vehicle is not received or if you are unable to secure financing from a financial institution.

If you  decide to use the reservation fee for another vehicle, should the deal not be concluded on the originally, specific vehicle reserved.

  1. How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please note that the refund timing will differ depending on each individual Audi Dealership’s process and depending on the bank being used.
